What does it consist of?

A new construction declaration reflects a physical modification to a registered property, such as the construction of a building. This declaration is always made by the registered owner.

The declaration can be for a newly completed property or one still under construction. In the latter case, a corresponding completion certificate will be required.

Lastly, remember that new construction declarations without extinguishing co-ownership or property allocation can be requested through videoconference.
